Nigel Lo | Co-founder & CEO | Board Chairman
Nigel Lo (罗显龙) is the co-founder and CEO of The Dealmakers Club Pty Limited. He is a practicing lawyer who accepts instructions predominantly in the areas of commercial law, asset protection, litigation and property in Western Australia. He has vast experience in dealing with a diverse client base that comprise of ultra high net worth individuals, prominent international corporations and foreign lawmakers. He also links various businesses based in the US and Australia to his vast network of investors in the Asia Pacific region with the aim helping them secure private and state government funding for major projects, infrastructure and eCommerce ventures.
Before commencing legal practice, Nigel co-founded Fourth Side Technologies as its New Markets Advisor. With a keen interest in property development, he has also been involved in small to medium sized commercial developments with his network investing in Australia. He is the first Malaysian to be awarded the "Long Tan Australian Defence Force Leadership Award" in 2010 by the Australian National Department of Defence in recognition of his contributions to community development and social justice. In July 2014, he co-founded social enterprise RecycleCity at Lodge National School, East Malaysia and continues to assist as an Honorary Advisor. In 2014, Nigel was elected as Vice President of the Murdoch University International Student Association (MISA). He currently serves as a member of the City of Melville’s Youth Advisory Council and the Australia Malaysia Business Council (AMBC). Nigel was appointed the digital campaign director for the United People's Party (UPP) now known as the United Sarawak Party during the 2016 election in the state of Sarawak, East Malaysia. The party secured 5 out of 7 state seats it contested on behalf of the National Front Coalition. |
